We’re now looking for a Senior Data Scientist—someone who doesn’t just analyze numbers but connects them to real decisions, strategy, and innovation. Someone who wants to be part of the company in a literal sense. That means taking on complex technical challenges while having the chance to own a piece of SwedQ’s future. You’ll be encouraged to drive your own ideas, test new hypotheses, and implement them with us.

You’ll be working closely with our engineers, analysts, and leadership—making it easy to bring change, experiment, and act on what you believe in.

Who are you

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling
• Strong background in Python and key ML/data libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Proven ability to design, train, and deploy predictive and analytical models in production
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, feature stores, and data versioning
• Deep understanding of data ethics, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and responsible AI practices
• Experience leading data-driven product development and mentoring teams
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data visualization, and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with real-time analytics, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks
• Bonus: experience with LLMs, vector databases, or generative AI applications
