Talent Acquisition Partner – Junior / Student
SwedQ is a consultancy company that has proven to have a unique model for people who want to grow, create a legacy, and take on challenges that both add and create value.
We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the company in a literal sense. That means taking on challenges, contributing to the growth of SwedQ, and having the opportunity to become an owner of the company in the future.
What's in it for you?
SwedQ offers flexible compensation structures tailored to individual preferences, ranging from fixed salaries with benefits to equity ownership opportunities.
We believe in giving people responsibility, freedom and the opportunity to shape their own journey. At SwedQ, you will work closely with both management and our consultants and have the opportunity to grow alongside the company.
We are now looking for an ambitious and people-oriented Junior Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to build a career within recruitment and employer branding in the tech industry.
This is a full-time position, but we are also open to candidates who are currently in the final stage of their studies. For the right person, we can offer a flexible setup alongside your studies, with the intention of transitioning into a full-time role once your studies are completed.
About the role
Location: Stockholm
Company: SwedQ
Employment: Full-time / Flexible transition for candidates completing their studies
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Partner at SwedQ, you will work closely with our management, consultants and recruitment team to identify and attract talented people to SwedQ.
You will gradually take ownership of the recruitment process and gain hands-on experience in everything from sourcing and candidate communication to interviews, recruitment strategy and employer branding.
As you grow into the role, we want you to become an important part of how SwedQ builds its teams and attracts the next generation of talent.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying and sourcing potential candidates, primarily within IT and tech
Reaching out to candidates through LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Screening applications and conducting initial candidate interviews
Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
Supporting managers throughout recruitment processes
Writing and publishing job advertisements
Building and maintaining our candidate network and long-term talent pipeline
Supporting and developing employer branding activities and recruitment campaigns
Representing SwedQ towards candidates, universities and other relevant networks
Helping us continuously improve how we attract, engage and recruit talent
Who are you?
We believe you have recently graduated or are currently in the final stage of your studies within HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, Behavioural Science or a related field.
Previous recruitment experience is not required. What matters more to us is your ambition, personality and willingness to learn.
We believe that you:
Are genuinely interested in recruitment, people and the tech industry
Are comfortable reaching out to and building relationships with new people
Have a proactive and structured way of working
Are curious, ambitious and eager to learn
Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
Have strong communication skills in English
Enjoy working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
Are comfortable taking responsibility and driving your own work forward
Want to contribute with your own ideas rather than simply follow established processes
Are looking for a place where you can grow and take on greater responsibility over time
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamtailor or recruitment is a plus, but definitely not a requirement.
Interested?
Send us your application and tell us a little about yourself, your background and why you would like to start your Talent Acquisition journey with SwedQ.
If you are currently completing your studies, let us know when you expect to graduate. We are happy to discuss a flexible setup that allows you to start your journey with SwedQ before transitioning into a full-time position.
We are not only looking for someone to fill a role. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with SwedQ and help us build what comes next.
